For New Patients
About the Practice
I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and older teens with a focus on medication management integrated with psychotherapy. I do offer longer psychotherapy sessions, though frequency and availability is limited.
I approach my work with care and intention, and consider it a privilege to support patients in their mental health. I focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care within a traditional outpatient setting.
Recommendations are based on a thorough clinical assessment and may differ from prior treatment or expectations.
Controlled medications are not prescribed routinely and are used selectively based on clinical appropriateness, safety, and a comprehensive evaluation. Alternative approaches are often recommended when appropriate.
Some situations—such as active or severe eating disorders, substance use disorders, or the need for more intensive support—may be better served in a different setting.
Requesting an Appointment
To request an appointment, please click “Book Now” next to the initial evaluation that corresponds to your payment method (insurance vs. self-pay). You’ll be asked to select a preferred time and complete a brief screening form.
As a solo physician outpatient practice, unfortunately not all clinical situations are the right fit for this setting. All appointment requests are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee scheduling. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
If your needs would be better supported in a higher level of care or a more comprehensive setting, my team and I will do our best to help guide you toward appropriate resources.
